What We Teach
AWANA focuses on Bible memorization, understanding key biblical principles, and applying them to daily life. Children learn about faith, hope, love, and other essential Christian values through interactive lessons and activities. Each week, they memorize Bible verses and engage in discussions that reinforce their learning.
How it Works
Each week at AWANA, children participate in age-appropriate activities that include game time, handbook time, and council time. During these sessions, they engage in physical activities, work through their handbooks with Bible verses and lessons, and gather for a time of teaching and worship. This structured approach helps children understand biblical truths and apply them in their everyday lives.
The Rest
In addition to the weekly AWANA activities, we address contemporary issues children face, helping them navigate their faith in today's world. We also provide opportunities for family involvement and special events throughout the year, fostering a community where children and their families can grow together in faith.
